at Rowell’s residence, Makati City.

Board Member and Events Chair Renee Speltz accepts a
Certificate of Recognition from US Ambassador Kristie
Kenney for her humanitarian efforts in the American and
Filipino community. Mrs. Speltz chaired AAP’s events:
the US Independence Day 4th of July event
last year, and this year’s George Washington Birthnight
Ball. Mrs. Speltz is also chair of the Philippine
Canine Search and Rescue Association. |
